Policies For Our Beauty Salon Services
We want your experience at Colour Parlor Hair & Nails to be smooth from booking to checkout. Please review our deposit, cancellation, and refund policies before scheduling your appointment.
Refunds
Services received cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied, return to the salon within 48 hours so your hair or nails can be visually inspected. We'll correct any issues at no additional charge. The service must be a mistake from the provider — not a change of mind after the service has been performed.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Online bookings: 35% of total. Direct bookings: Hair $50–$100 · Nails $25. Your deposit applies to your total at checkout and can roll over to a future rebook. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are honored for only one reschedule.
Cancellations
Every appointment is confirmed 48 hours in advance via phone call or text. If you do not confirm within 24 hours of the first notice, your appointment is considered cancelled. In the event of a necessary cancellation (including illness), please call or message within 48 hours to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited.
